Step two, create a playoff system that's fair, polls and computers don't get you there.
Step three, everyone sit down and put schools in logical conferences that make some sense.

I'm an Aresco supporter... I think this guy, if given an opportunity, could pull off some unforseen moves.
It's likely a little late in the game but certainly not his fault at this point.
