Yet another Uconn player to the dumpster that is the Hornets. I feel sick.

Does it really matter whether he went in the lottery or not? I don't get why some people are so fixated about him being a "lottery pick" or not. Sure, going 14th instead of 29th would have netted him more money, but as long as he got drafted in the 1st round it doesn't matter that much.Wait, wasn’t he going in the lottery? Where are you obnoxious folks mocking those of us correctly calling Liam’s draft prospects????
I wish you well Liam! Being behind Miller is not a bad place to be until you get a little experience.
It's how we all feel. This needed a thread? Sentiment has been shared 53 times in the draft thread
Didn’t you say mid 2nd round? So you were wrong. Can you at least say you were wrong? He was projected in the 15-25 range so that was more right than mid 2nd round. Go ahead and say you were wrong. Do it.Wait, wasn’t he going in the lottery? Where are you obnoxious folks mocking those of us correctly calling Liam’s draft prospects????

Mid 2nd round? He was that guy? LOLDidn’t you say mid 2nd round? So you were wrong. Can you at least say you were wrong? He was projected in the 15-25 range so that was more right than mid 2nd round. Go ahead and say you were wrong. Do it.
O.K. I apologize to you @Iluvsuebird. It wasn't you who said mid 2nd round. It was @IllinoisHuskie. Of course he deleted the post after a bunch of us told him he was wrong. But please come back @IllinoisHuskie and tell us all you were wrong.Didn’t you say mid 2nd round? So you were wrong. Can you at least say you were wrong? It actually was another poster. Sorry about that.Mid 2nd round? He was that guy? LOL
Gotta love it when people root for people to fail just so they can say they were right.![]()
Fortunately his "mid-2nd round pick" post was quoted multiple times so we still have record of it.O.K. I apologize to you @Iluvsuebird. It wasn't you who said mid 2nd round. It was @IllinoisHuskie. Bad news for McNeeley?
Probably not a complete surprise, but Liam probably isnt going to be a lottery pick. https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/45487081/sources-flagg-leads-first-batch-nba-green-room-invitesthe-boneyard.com
Nobody really thought he was going in the lottery when he declared (there was an outside chance for the Spurs at 14).Wait, wasn’t he going in the lottery? Where are you obnoxious folks mocking those of us correctly calling Liam’s draft prospects????
actually, getting drafted in the lottery really does make a difference in the dollarsDoes it really matter whether he went in the lottery or not? FWIW, all the legitimate recent mock drafts published had his range starting at #15.
And The Athletic had him #29 on their last Big Board rankings...
I thought he should absolutely come back but there was no point glazing over it because there was pretty much 0 chance he was coming back. Its a shame because i thought he was a guy who needed two years to really show what hes capable of especially after the injury setback.Should have come back and gotten drafted higher...had a good but not great season and got drafted on hype vs production.
And here you are commenting on a thread you felt unneeded. This needed a thread? Sentiment has been shared 53 times in the draft thread
Charlotte definitely is a dumpster fire with horrible coaches, trainers, medical staff, management etc. Anyway you can mismanage an NBA franchise they do it. However for McNeeley this could potentially work in his favor. If he is disciplined and can develop on his own in that void of development that is Charlotte, he might get more playing time then he would elsewhere. It’s is almost guaranteed that atleast 1 of whoever Charlotte plans to start next year will have some issue and there will be an opening..Yet another Uconn player to the dumpster that is the Hornets.
