They actually did a sideline report on him during the game against Carolina last night about how he got the largest UDFA contract and looks to be a contributor to the defense this year.

It doesn’t look good for Watts on the Jets unfortunately. Most of the beat reporters don’t see him on the final 53. He started strong in camp, but hasn’t done much in the preseason games. The Jets are deep on the DL…maybe its for the best if he went somewhere else.

or he ends up on their practice squad and develops a little more to the point he'll get activated (injuries happen a lot in the NFL)... They obvious like him... They're just deep at the position.....
