Totally unfair to Tyler. Don't they know who he is down there in Florida? He was a semi-important cog in a pretty good basketball team for heaven's sake. They ought to know that laws don't apply to him like they do to common people.

It's a long story. The hotel has a rule that there are no outside visitors allowed after 10:00 p.m. Tyler's girlfriend was staying at the hotel (Tyler was not). He was there with her but since he was not a guest of the hotel they asked him to leave. He probably wanted to get some so he refused to leave. So they arrested him. Typical spring break kids stuff. Is anyone really still up in arms about this? Much to do about nothing.

Every Spring Break I went to in college had those same rules. Obviously it's to protect the hotel, they don't want some guest throwing a rager in their hotel room with a 100 people that don't stay there. Maybe this place in FL is more strict than the places I went. If you were walking in hand-in-hand just you and a girl the security didn't bust balls. Only if you tried to roll through with a crowd.
