While I am very much in agreement that Megan is doing great things, and may deserve lots of honors, I would point out that this team is exponentially more talented than the teams that DT led in 2003-2004.

Yeah but mebbe the competition in 2003-04 was not as good as it is today .. the game has evolved since then, eh?
