Connecticut is no stranger to producing talented pass-rushers and linebackers, and the latest in this long line of success is linebacker Yawin Smallwood.
He was one of the best linebackers in the Big East last season and totaled 120 tackles during his sophomore campaign.
Smallwood also totaled 15 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks with two forced fumbles. Those are big-time numbers, and this guy has a legitimate shot to be an all Big East selection in 2013.
He is, without question, the most talented player on the Connecticut roster.
