As many of you know I'm a teenager and I've been brought up in the world when UConn's always been a powerhouse in college basketball.

Does anyone have any good YouTube videos or articles on the rise of UConn basketball and how the program started and grew to where it is today? Anything is greatly appreciated.

This book was published after we'd made the leap with JC but before we'd won a title, it might be interesting to you (ignore the women's reference in the link, it's about both teams):

I'm not sure there's any media that can really convey the enormity and speed of the program's rise though. Bottom line is, if you lived in the state of Connecticut in 1988-89 UConn basketball was an afterthought. But if you lived in Connecticut in 1989-90 and had a soul, you were immediately hooked on UConn basketball.
