I think part of the reason Geno is still coaching and signing his 5 year extensions is that he keeps getting players like Paige and Sarah - the ones that come in really, really, really good that he wants to work with to make them really, really, really great. He is a teacher at heart, and the chance to push and challenge the elite to be even better has to be exciting.

I don't mean to disparage any other member of the team, because they each also present wonderful players and challenges for him, but there is something extraordinary in play when genius meets genius.
