If we don't start running some misdirection, counters, fly sweeps, option plays, etc... plays that get multiple running backs on the field at the same time, then we are wasting our talent. Playmakers can't make plays from the bench. Put Newsome in the slot and have him in motion pre snap.

More slow guys on the field is not a good look for us. I want to see 2 RB's out there who need to be accounted for.

Pick a primary back and get hims some carries. I don't really care if its Newsome, Johnson, Mariner or who it is. But running backs need touches to get into a rhythm. Like with the quarterback, Diaco seems indecisive with runners too. If they are all that good, just pick somebody. Let him have 10-15 carries and see if he gets going. So far I am singularly unimpressed with how we go about playing offensive football.
