UConn's Biggest Surprise For 2015-16 Will Be...

I'm sure that at some point the Boneyard has had a "What if..." topic concerning the great players whose careers were abbreviated by serious injury, but UcMiami's post makes me think of how hard it was to watch so many good ones sit on the bench in street clothes while their teammates were runining the court. Every team in the country could post a similar list, but when your girls are always knocking on the door you can't help but wonder what if Shea?, what if Svet?, what if Brittany?........
At least Shea and Svet had enough playing time to establish their greatness. Brittany did not!

That there are no surprises. The season plays out as expected and this team will be regarded as one of the best if not the best in UCONN history.

The IMPROVEMENT of Gabby...........Is going to be the biggest surprise. A sophomore jump is somewhat expected. But I believe the amount of Improvement in Gabby's outside shooting, ballhandling , and free-throw percentage is going to be a huge surprise.

We all know about her rebounding and prowess as an athlete. But the huge growth in those other areas i think is going to surprise us all.
