Against UConn, Cardoso came out of the gate dominating in the paint at both ends. But as the game wore on, Liv & Aaliyah asserted themselves and Cardoso disappeared as a factor in the game. If the stars are in fact aligned, and Cardoso is heading to Storrs, she will obviously need to improve her conditioning and learn to play hard all the time.
