I'm guessing this has to be the All time Most Penalized UCONN team of all time!
 
We need to give up on blitzing on every down, or at least find a way to maintain gap assignments while we are blitzing.
 
What bothers me is they are playing scared since the fumble...gotta shake it off but they havent

Offensive interference on the TD. Starks pushed down on Gratz for leverage on his jump (which also kept Gratz from getting off the ground). Gratz needs to be a lot tougher to break up the reception.

I cannot wait for the day that we have WR's who can battle for the ball (and regularly come down with the reception) when a pass is thrown into coverage.

at least we're not Texas, they're down 48-10!

Little late with the comment, but just left my big screen for my computer room with old TV, and wanted to comment on the Johnny Mac fumble. Coach P emphasized not trying to do too much like Ryan G did last week, and clearly Mac should have taken the slide. He had no chance to gain yardage, and it may have cost the Huskies a big win. If anyone should adhere to the coach's keys, the QB has to be one of them. I realize it's been a long time since he was in the heat of battle, and this is his biggest stage, but he's got to be smarter than that. They sure looked promising up to that point, but this has been a season of shouldas and wouldas, and it's gonna be over if they don't put it together. Too bad!!
 
Kids are playing hard today. Bad break on the fumble and momentum. However, were showing flashes and I am convinced we will compete in the BE this year for another title.

This game is getting out of hand, but I believe we have something here

I'd like one of our guys to just pop a WVU guy this series. Legally of course, but really, really hard. Let 'em know that we're still out there...

He's been worthless sonce the fumble. Anyone gets within ten feet of him and he tucks and covers.
