Game is going to start late tonight. USF/Pitt is in a lightning delay at the moment. Depending on if more happens the delay could go quite a long time (30 minutes from the last time lightning is seen). So they could be about to start up again and lightning could strike in the distance and the clock gets reset. Hopefully the UConn game won't start later than 9 or so but we'll have to wait and see.
