Husky Fans and Alumni, Call up your roommates, friends, and family and fire up the grills - our annual UConn Homecoming game is here! The largest annual reunion of UConn alums takes place this Saturday, October 12th as your UConn Football team - led by interim head coach TJ Weist - takes on the South Florida Bulls at Noon at Rentschler Field. Here’s everything you need to keep you in-the-know for Homecoming: HOMECOMING 2013: Throughout the game UConn will be celebrating our past and present Huskies per tradition. Former UConn student-athletes, Dance/Cheer and Band members will be in attendance to take in the game. During pregame a UConn student group will perform our Alma Mater and during halftime we will be announcing the 2013 Homecoming Court!

PINK GAME: October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Huskies want you to take part in raising awareness. Fans in attendance are encouraged to WEAR PINK to the game, just like our student-athletes on the field. Be sure to get inside the Rent early! The first 400 fans to visit the Gate B marketing kiosk will receive a FREE pink pom-pom for the game.

RECOGNITIONS: Don't miss out on in-game recognitions featuring the UConn Alumni Association Award Winners, the Connecticut High School Coaches Hall of Fame Class of 2013, UConn’s Entrepeneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) program, and UConn’s “Biggest Family”. We need you to GET LOUD this weekend with your fellow Huskies. We need you to GET INTO THE STADIUM EARLY! We need YOU!

GAMEDAY RUNDOWN:
8:00am: Parking Lots Open/Tailgating Starts
9:45am: Welcome the team at Husky Walk (between Gates C and D)
10:00am: Club Level and Suites Open 10:30am: Stadium Gates Open

TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Please note, in addition to the UConn-USF game, the annual Hartford Marathon will be taking place on Saturday. Your commute to Rentschler Field should not be severely impacted; however, please budget additional travel time to ensure that you do not miss any of the pregame festivites!
