It would be better for UConn to lose this game.

Disagree completely - after a 2-7-2 start to 2017, a weekend sweep was just what we needed. The kids played with a sense of urgency and grit in both games. They can beat anybody, let alone NE, if they bring that style to the playoffs.

The Hartford Courant been a complete abomination when it comes to the respect it's given UConn hockey. You have to be a private investigator to find coverage of last night's game, a few sentences tucked away very quietly within a round up section on page 5.
Tonight, 5000-6000 people will likely show up to the game but with the Courant's history, I'll bet they'd put more heft on a high school hoops game attended by 100 people or less.
Amazing.

Decent story today, but buried on page 6. College hockey does get their attention, though. Did you see the big splash on page 1 with photo for QU v. Yale yesterday? You are spot on regarding coverage - about UConn hockey. But remember, this is the paper that gave that hack, Dez Conner, a barrel of ink and a ton of paper to write a puff piece about Syracuse.

Glad to see the UConn hockey program is on the rise. Too bad they didn't get home ice, but it's still a manageable trip to Northeastern. Hopefully a lot of Huskies fans - the good ones - pack the building.
