UConn vs UCLA Game Thread

How awesome is it having a kid like Stokes come in and instantly impact the game? 3 boards and 2 points in her first few minutes. Love this kid. Wish she'd get 30 MPG...

I remain confused as to why she's the first off the bench. Stokes does far more than she does and I'd rather see Stokes come in for Jefferson and have Nurse and KML shift over to the guard spots...

Maybe Geno was wrong. Maybe a practice between games would've been better.

Can't really disagree there. 13 minutes in and UCONN has a 6 point lead in a game they should win handily. I can see it taking UCONN 10 minutes or so to get their "sea legs" but it's time to go on a run!!

I think Geno knows if she gets straightened out it will be a big plus. When she is in I follow her around and every aspect of today has been disappointing; I hope that changes. She is overthinking/hesitating.

Go Gabby Williams! Goodness is that girl going to be terrific. She's already really fun to watch. As soon as she "figures it out", I think she will be special...

But Geno needs to have a serious discussion at halftime about effort on the court. We should not be getting "out-hustled" by UCLA...

I'm not sure about Kiah, but there are some Kias that get 30 mpg.
