UConn vs UCLA game thread

UConn is slow-footed on the perimeter. Need more athleticism to cover quick guards.

Fouls are 12-8 in UConn's favor... not a huge disparity so I'm not sure why some think the refs are pro-UConn.

Because of the ones that aren't being called, imo.

With a few minutes left in the 3rd quarter, Saniya was at the three point line with literally no one within ten feet of her and she had a wide open shot available and looked, then hesitated and passed to someone else and we ended up getting a highly contested shot later in the possession.

Again, UCLA should've been an elite 8 matchup at worst. Committee did an atrocious job this year.

Maryland and Duke got taken out for you in the bottom half of the bracket. Still whining about the Region? UCLA was the 4th best team from the Pac 12 this year.

I'm glad they're not playing Baylor today. I still feel, despite the lead, that they're a bit off today.

Don't put Baylor on too much of a pedestal. Unlike UCLA , Louisville couldn't throw the ball in the ocean last night and they were getting some open shots.
