Yup. Add that to the long list of Diaco blunders.
 
Diaco has no interest in winning the game. He is playing to not lose it big time. Still have not seen one aggressive defensive move.
 
This is the first game I have missed since the Rent opened. I actually miss being there talking to my sectionmates.

If the O-LINE gives Williams a semblance of a pocket, he looks pretty good. I think you stick with him fir the rest of the season, even though we don't have any points.

This is just awful, a pin dropping on the field would be louder than the crowd. This is totally not D1 football

He needs to get better with the ball. There has been about 4 times he has lost possession and got saved by a whistle or a UConn recovery
 
OL looks really bad this game
BUT
that vaunted secondary looks awesome - especially in the 1st qtr
The secondary to me epitomized the season
All talk, no action
 
and again, the biggest offensive plays are broken play QB runs

Yup. First game and he's a freshman. Lots more to learn.

But with no running game and no protection, he did about as good as you could expect.
