there's a mental disconnect between what kind of team the coaches want us to be and what kind of team we actually are. why are we running the ball 3 times by the goal line, again. week after week.

One of those areas where Newsome's lack of size if beneficial.

He can find seams that a smaller back can't and get that extra yard.
