UCONN vs. Stony Brook GAME THREAD

On the goal line fumble replay, Whitmer stood there and watched the ball pop out and didn't even make a break for it.

Anyone else think Whitmer looks better outside of the pocket?

Really reliant on mistakes by SB right now OL cannot block them at all and Whitmer won't throw having all day to throw.

We have no O-Line. That was a jailbreak and Newsome got stuffed. 3 consecutive plays we got pushed over.

Good lord our blocking is awful.

sack, int or fumble?

whomever this color commentator is is spot on. the lack of IQ on the field is startling. the only kid I've seen make an instinctive play is Arkeel.

Not sure he realizes there is such a thing as a pocket.
He looks like Blaine gabbert or David Carr back there. Even if there's no pressure, that's what he's thinking and runs for it. He just doesn't have the mental ability to play at this level.

FG 10-6 Stonybrook

Former UCONN lineman Sean Mulcahy.

I can't believe we scored 6 points in almost 20 minutes against an FCS team.

Where's the genius who started a thread complaining about playing Stony Brook because we'd learn nothing from playing them because we'd win by 40?

Show your face now.

thanks. he's not pulling any punches. must be as disgusted as we are.
He keeps trashing Whitmer - and rightfully so. Every mistake he makes he points out and elaborates.
