So, I don't think they counted that half court shot by SC to end the half. The second half started tied, 24-24.

It counted. It was 24-21 UConn before the shot.

The foul they took away from Boston, was on Boston. I just watched the game again.

It could have been on Boston but the refs made the right call giving the foul to Littleton.
The Play occurred at the 7:32 mark of the 4th quarter. Aubrey crashed the boards for an offensive rebound. Both Boston and Littleton foul Aubrey on the play the rule says you give the foul to the fist player to foul and that was littleton by about a tenths of a second.
