UConn vs Rhode Island How do I get tickets?

Thank you very much @Waquoit ! Here my Boneyard friends is a superlative use of The Boneyard, one guy helping out another. I was bouncing around, one site to another, without even locating the game, threw up a prayer on The Boneyard and voila. Two tickets to the early game, first look at the lineups, and the evolving rotation.

Piggybacking off of this thread-- have any of you purchased tickets to this game at the Mohegan Sun box office?

Wondering if the tickets are noticeably cheaper than on Ticketmaster. If so, might be worth driving over

The tickets I bought are in the top of 117, 33$ and change each, but 2 with everything was 124$. It's a racket for sure. Facilities charge, what's that?

I can say my tickets were purchased for $39 each at the box office in person and the total was simply $39 x 2 = $78. No fees or nonsense surcharges. I believe they ranged in price from something like $25-$80+ per ticket depending on the seat.

Is there a decent casual place to get a meal there?
There's a few, we usually go to Summer Shack. They have a Pepe's. Everything costs a few bucks more, the only real deal is the $1 wings at the Bow & Arrow sports bar. Surprisingly good.

Bobby Flay's burger place is OK.

are wings $1 each on $1 wing night? Doesn't sound much like a deal.

If you buy them at box office like I did there are no extra fees. i always buy tickets for events at Mohegan from them directly at Box office.

I thought a buck a wing was a deal these days. They double fry 'em like J. Timothy's. But that was kind of my point, there's a bunch of decent places but none are a particular bargain.

Mohegan has really good food but nothing is cheap. Best you can do for affordable is bow and arrow and johnny rockets. But good luck getting into any place. Columbus day plus the game should draw big crowds.

Full wing ? I buy raw wings at BigY, lightly season, then air fry. > 1/2 the calories, and far better tasting.

Go to the casino, lose or win a small fortune, and ask for comps.
I know this post was somewhat in jest, but I actually just got an offer for free comp tickets to the game.

If anyone else who is looking for tickets is a member of the Momentum Player’s Club, check your offers. I am in the “Ignite” level which is the second lowest (I play poker at Mohegan Sun once or twice a week).

I just got the offer as well and I'm at the lowest level.
