Top 1st, after a lead off walk by Rispoli, the UConn offense had a scoreless inning. No score.
 
Bottom 1st, Suchy gives up a 1 out double, followed by a triple driving in a run. 1-0 ODU.

A fielders choice grounder brings in a run and puts a runner on 1B with 1 out. 2-0 ODU.

Another single puts 2 runners on base with 1 out. With 2 out a wild pitch moves both runners into scoring position. A strikeout ends the inning. 2-0 ODU.

Lucky to get out of that with only two scoring. Watching Marsh throw that ball home did not instill confidence.

Top 3rd, Righi draws a lead off walk. Taylor follows with a no out double that drives in a run. Game tied at 2.

Rispoli follows with a no out RBI single. 3-2 UConn.

With 1 out Rispoli steals 2B, and he moves to 3B on a throwing error on the play. He is left on base.

Suchy retires the next 2 batters to end the inning, he had 2 strikeouts this inning.
 
Top 4th, Dalena and Wachter lead off the inning with walks, the runners move up a base on a wild pitch. Tirado follows with a no out single driving in 2 runs. 5-3 UConn.

Taylor reaches 1B on a fielders choice ground out for the 2nd out, and advances to 2B on a wild pitch and to 3B on a balk. A 2 out double by Rispoli drives in a run. 6-3 UConn.

Polemini would do himself a favor if he slid head first. And now a double, tired of losing runners on the base paths
 
Top 5th, lead off batter Polemeni get hit by a pitch, he is thrown out trying to steal 2B for the 1st out. Marshall gets a 1 out double and Dalena follows with a walk, and Wachter follows with a 3 run homer. 9-3 UConn.

Some gaps for sure. It looked to me as if the outfielder for Old Dominion got to Marshall’s hit in time to prevent a double. But never saw the throw to second.
