If anyone watches the replay, take note of the elbow Nurse threw just as Stephens hit her three point shot in the third quarter. If the officials had caught it, Kia probably would have been thrown out of the game. It was definitely thrown on purpose. That player must have ticked Kia off sometime during the game.

In slow motion, it looks like a flop to me. If it was a real fragrant foul, they would have stopped the game and look at the monitor and kick Kia out. The Maryland player pretended to hold her mouth when the elbow never even touched her mouth, but when she saw nothing called, ran back the other way without touching her mouth anymore.
