Bottom 2nd, UConn threatens, but strands runners at the corners. 1-0 UConn.

Top 3rd, Bucknell with a threat going, a 1 out single drives in a run to tie the game at 1 with 2 runners on base.

Peterson having some control problems, a hit by pitch followed by a walk gives Bucknell a 2-1 lead, bases loaded with 1 out. Infield error makes it 3-1, sac fly 4-1 Bucknell.

Talk about a throwing yip...

I'm not sure a good throw by Brown would have gotten the runner at the plate, but the throw was awful.

4-1 Bucknell going to the bottom of the 3rd.

Bottom 3rd, a Crawford double with no outs brings in a run to make it 4-2 with 2 runners in scoring position.

.-.
Bottom 3rd, an infield single by Christian Fedko makes it 4-3. This was preceded by Crawford getting caught off base on a fly out, very bad base running considering he couldn't advance unless Ferrer had tried to score from third.

Ground rule double by Stock followed by a wild pitch ties the game at 4. Another wild pitch/passed ball makes it 5-4 UConn.

Top 4th, Kenny Haus relieves Peterson to start the inning. UConn's bullpen is well rested, and who knows if there will be a game rescheduled for the midweek.

1-2-3 inning for Haus.

Chris Jones speculating H/H w/ Rutgers in future years... 👍

Thanks, I stepped away from the television and computer for a moment and missed it. Brown hit his double at the same time.

Kyler Fedko sac fly brings in Brown to make it 6-4 going to the top of the 5th.

By the way, I'm still amazed that Brown basically came from nowhere (from the viewpoint of us fans) to take the third base job. He got pretty much no publicity from tweets and interviews with coaches prior to this year. Very little if anything was said about him during the shortened season last year.

I really enjoy watching brown play. It’s a fresh sight to see a third baseman that is not only a good fielder, but a guy who can bring a spark plug with the bat. He’s a great bat in the bottom of the order

Inning ends on an out at the plate on a hit off the left field wall. Play being reviewed. The out stands, so it is on to the bottom of the 5th.

Top 6th, Polonia in to pitch for UConn. He strikes out the side. 6-5 UConn.

Looks like the cameraman is a bit rusty and needs to get back into tracking plays.
+1......Whoever is manning the cameras/ producing this game for CW 20 is flat out atrocious. I've had Husky all-access, all season @ EBP and it's fine.. todays game is pathetic. Also I like Randy Brochu for Uconn hockey games but give me Chris Jones and the other Randy( Uconn 2 sport star...Lavigne) who usually do the games minus CW 20, as a broadcast team instead. Together they stay in the moment and are way more insightful without Brochu.
