The last matchup between the Huskies and Dutchmen was in 2014 at the Frozen Holiday Classic which resulted in a 3-2 victory for UConn. Freshman Spencer Naas scored the game winner in the third period while sophomore goaltender Rob Nichols made 37 saves to knock off Union. <-
 
I don’t see any reason you don’t give each goalie a start until one of them pulls away from the other.
And even then I’d try to give the backup one start every two weekends.
Both of these kids are talented

Hard to really judge until the next couple weekends but after three games we look damn good.
Good puck movement, great job of defenders getting back and limiting odd man opportunities.
Terness was never really tested. And the fact that wood was pretty invisible for us to take it to them like that shows the quality depth.

98-99 they started 3-0 as well. Finished 20-10-4.
 
Fun time last night. Attendance could have been better. Only 2584.

Anyone have free link to watch the game this afternoon? I was at the game last night, which was awesome, but I can’t make it to the XL today.
