Wife’s cousin pitched for QU will be interested to see if he gets nod in later innings
 
Bottom 7th, with 1 out Dalena gets hit by a pitch, with 2 outs Rispoli gets a single with Dalena advancing to 3B on an error on the play, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning with 1 strikeout. 5-1 Quinnipiac.
 
Top 8th, Gilchrist issues a leadoff walk, followed by a 1 out walk, a 1 out double drives in 2 runs. 7-1 Quinnipiac.

Lots of holes on this team. Nothing would surprise me. Could they win the Big East? Yes. Could they miss the Big East tournament entirely? Also yes
