I was expecting before this series that Ryan Hyde would catch at least one of these games against Ohio State. I suspect Freeberger can be used there in an emergency.

I tell you Kirby doesn’t get rattled. Kid came in and didn’t have it. Stayed with it…found enough to get outs and took it home for us.

Good call. Our pitching staff is in better shape than theirs. 2-2 would be an ok start but if we win tomorrow, we might be in prime shape to go for the kill.
