This turned out to be a bit of a flashback game (especially from the mid way point, on) from 2015 when Robbie Nichols would stand on his head during a storm to keep the team in the game hoping for an opportunity to score on a counter rush.. Wood cashed in at an opportunistic moment and Sergeev played a bit like spaghetti man Dominik Haskell, and they took another one one the road.

Hopefully their play at Tuscano will be better than it has been today. One eye popping stat though is that NE had doubled up UConn on faceoff wins, and if that happens again today it could be ugly.
