Bottom 4th, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning leaving 2 runners on base. Game tied at 1.
 
Penders might be animated in the post game about these at bats. Our bottom of the order guys should not be swinging at 2-0 pitches outside the strike zone.
 
Top 5th, Galusha has a 1-2-3 inning picking up his 3rd strikeout of the game to end the inning. Game tied at 1.

Daniels follows with a no out solo homer, 4-1 UConn.

After the 2 homers, with no outs the UConn offense gets the bases loaded. Biller drives in a run with a no out single and the bases still loaded, 5-1 UConn.

With no outs, a Lane single drives in 2 more runs with runners on the corners, 7-1 UConn.

Shpur follows with an infield single driving in another run, 8-1 UConn.

Rispoli follows with a no out single driving in a run, 9-1 UConn. Minick draws a walk to the load the bases again with no out.

Another pitching change.

Continuing the Bottom 5th, Daniels with an RBI ground out. 10-1 UConn.

MacArthur draws a walk to load the bases again with 1 out. Padilla follows with a sac fly driving in a run for the 2nd out, 11-1 UConn.

Some inning, that's for sure. Wonder if the mercy rule is in effect for this game. If so it would take effect in the bottom of the 7th if UConn maintains the big lead.

Sean Finn comes in to pitch for UConn. Groen takes over in left field.

Love seeing fellow Bristolite Spirito getting an inning of work. Better yet, he gets them out in order. Wasn’t sure how he would do after last year’s injury, but this is encouraging.
