Seems to me that it just takes Johnson so long to get into the flow of the game. She's starting to contribute now.

I can't imagine that people took jobs at CPTV so that they could shill for contributions. They know it's part of the job, but it can't be the one that most, if not all, of them like best.

Give the guy a break.
 
Jerry personifies smarmy. Anyone pay attention to those CPTV promos about some program they're starting to help kids learn? Of course, Jerry says the program "will transform our company." I cannot conceive of a less appropriate way to refer to a program that is supposed to be about the community.

go to espn.com and you can watch play by play. much easier to see the score that way. also tune into WTIC.com to listen to kara and bob do the game. or you can go to cbsgametracker.com as well.

I feel ya for the most part, but this is the President of CPTV and comes across as a smarmy jerk. And has for years. The rest of 'em are OK :)
 
Gotta give the DePaul crowd props. Looks like most of them have stayed for the whole game despite the score.

UCONN scored 13 points the last 11 minutes of the game. ugh. i realize depaul had their starters in but still...

however, they did completely shut down anna martin keeping her scoreless. nice!

Geno just said both Dr Trojan and Rosemary don't seem concerned about CD's knee. She got a little bang and there was some swelling but they didn't think it was anything major.

Oh thank goodness! I am more concerned for Caroline and the impact it would have on her to suffer another major injury than any impact to the season for the team. The kid has been through so much. She is due for some good things to happen.
