Entertaining series against the only team in this conference that is any good.

We go on the road next week, but anything less than 3-1 vs Bryant and Butler would be disappointing. Bryant won’t be a layup…however, Butler was absolutely savaged by a very average Wichita State team earlier this year to a tune of 77-16 in a 4 game series.

Butler is coming off a sweep of Villanova at Villanova. Should we sweep them? Yes...This team is so unpredictable though. Suchy and Shaw seem like the only sure thing for arms.

Cam Righi, UConn, Fr., C
Righi led the offense with 14 RBI and seven runs scored on the week with four home run blasts in a 3-1 week. In a midweek win over Northeastern, he had eight RBI, and three runs scored on 4-of-5 hitting. In the series finale against Creighton, he had three runs scored, six RBI and three home runs.

Cayden Suchy, UConn, So., LHP
Suchy had 11 strikeouts in a win over Creighton, pitching seven innings. He allowed just two runs and six hits in the 11-2 victory.
