Was at the game tonight... first college hockey game with my son and it was great! UConn was every bit as competitive as UVM...in fact a little more so. They totally looked like they belonged on the same ice with the first place team in HE. They were quick to the puck, positioned themselves well to receive outlet passes and generally just looked very well coached. The atmosphere was fun...the pep band was great too...playing the usual Husky tunes, but also playing some of the best pop songs which just added to the upbeat atmosphere. Still can't believe we've transitioned to this level so seamlessly. Combining all of the above, I don't think seats are going to be that easy to come by in the future! Go Huskies!!
