-> UConn will play host to the Merrimack Warriors on Tuesday, January 25th at the XL Center in a make-up of their previously scheduled game from December 4. The two teams will make up their previously scheduled December 3rd meeting at Lawler Rink on Tuesday, February 8 in North Andover, Mass. <-

-> Merrimack comes to Hartford riding a five-game winning streak and are 6-1-0 since the calendar flipped over to 2022. The Warriors are fresh off a weekend sweep of No. 10/9 nationally ranked UMass Lowell, crack the DCU/USCHO Top-20 poll at No. 19 and currently sit in 14th place in the PairWise rankings. <-

That was what we have been looking for…a loss here would have been business as usual, but they rose to the top tonight. Very proud of the finish here tonight. PP looked good, kill was even better. View from the bar was cool…first time I’ve done that.

A well deserved win tonight. The puck finally bounced the Huskies way! Lots of hustle all over the ice. Lots of energy on every shift and a huge penalty kill to seal the deal!
