i watched the entire OTs w/work the next day. can’t recall if i made it in
 
Its just crazy to look back on that 6 OT game, UConn/Syracuse, Big East Tournament, Madison Square Garden, as good as it gets for the rivalry and the Big East. If you told any UConn fan that night how in just 4 years they would be in this thing called the American Athletic Conference with SMU, Houston, and UCF among the others...crazy. Im happy we are getting things back to a more normal.

This is the first time I have watched the replay of this game. I attended the game and it is by far my favorite UConn loss. So many momentum changing moments for both sides. Happy to be going home.
 
A young Kemba! And wow - I forgot how regulation ended. I remember the shot being called off, but not the possession before that! We caught a bounce.
 
The growth in Kemba Walker from this season to the 2011 one is something. Losing the ability to put 4 guards out there with the loss of Dyson really was a bummer. He was playing at such a high level that year.

I was in China at the time and asleep due to severe jet lag as it was the first day or so I was there. I remember waking up and seeing the 6OT and the score and the 6OT again and I said to myself "wow...I can't even be mad or anything...Just amazing, 126-116:...Looked like an NBA score, lol. I was more impressed than disappointed, haha. 6 freakin' OTs. Still blows me away.
 
Watching this hammers home how integral to that team Thabeet was
 
We had that game won a million times thru the first 5 OT's. I finally watched the replay for the first time the other night. Sickening.

While watching this game live you knew it was going to be an all-timer. Would have liked to have the W here.

EDIT: George Mason least favorite but this one certainly stings. However it's buoyed by the whole Tyler Olander - Boeheim stuff LOL

We had like a dozen chances to win.
 
Wasn't this game voided by the NCAA because Cuse cheated? Maybe I am wrong, but I thought so.
