Hate to say it, because he has a great heart, but Shirrifs is just not a very good QB. That's why he's here at UConn. We agreed to let him play QB, when no one else would. Too bad for us. He's OK, but not very good.

Staff didn't shrivel on that series. Missed a throw or two but blitz got picked up and UConn showed USF defense they can get players open against the blitz.

At least the play call was aggressive and trying to continue to exploit the muffle of the field. Keep coming at them, dogs...

He had a nice Freshman year, but RonJohn missed another blitz pickup. He should probably not play anymore. He can't run the ball very well, he fumbles a lot, he can't catch or pick up a blitz.

Dude looks the part, but doesn't do his job.
