There's no evidence that they are embarrassed. They take the field every game with no hope that they can win.

can't say I've ever seen a game like this...not one play run in USF territory...
 
I'm not expecting miracles out of Diaco in his first year he has stepped into a septic tank but he must force change on offense and not just wait for things to happen.
 
I hope, really really hope, the hoard asks some very difficult, pointed questions after this disgusting abomination. I'd like hear the spin so I can at least get a laugh out of this crap of a "game".
 
I thought the Buffalo game last year was the low point for UConn football. Tonight has changed my view. I hope tonight is the low, but...

UMass scored in the 30's against Vandy and Colorado. Those teams stink but does anyone think we could score in the 30's against anyone right now?

If UMass can recruit a better offense that quickly than the people who want to drop football might have a point. There is zero evidence right now UConn is serious about the sport.

No offensive plays across midfield. On national TV. Be proud tonight guys.
 
Diaco's DNA is starting to shine through...but hey, at least the guys have their vitamins and minerals taken care of.

How on earth have they not been passing more... Not that the passing game is great but the running game didn't show anything

We are going to hear some "we didn't quit" postgame quotes from Diaco I think. The Boneyard will have their blood.

I disagree with you. I don't think the defense is good. They never ever pressure the QB. Pass defense also atrocious. I am not sure that Diaco's D is aggressive enough to win games on it's own with such a weak offense. What I am saying is that it seems that if he had a an offensive machine, then the defense would be good enough. But with this offense, the D must basically shut out the opponents to win and that is not likely to happen.
