UConn Ticket Marketplace: New?

So I just received an email that introduces this new (?) marketplace:

UConn Ticket Marketplace:
» Basketball season ticket holders may enjoy the benefits of Marketplace
» Receive 95% of the selling price of your ticket. You set the sale price - including above face value.
» Maintain your preferred season ticket status.

I had heard this was coming-- but so far, it's all about SELLING tickets. I cannot find the way we can BUY tickets.

Anyone know anything about this? On a different (but related) point: The Yankees have now decided to disallow approved sales of their tickets on StubHub. New paradigm coming?

Thanks for the info, Sargassoc: both these developments would be very welcome: the opportunity to buy such seats, and the movement away from gouging ticket brokers like StubHub and Ticketmaster.

Site says you must be a basketball season ticket holder to use the site.
