UCONN still one of the favorites to win it all

I apologize if this has been posted... I didn't see it any where on BY...

According to the ESPN BPI, UCONN remains one of the favorites to wind the NCAA Championship... and of course get to the Final 4... I don't assume to understand all the analytics, except to say that those that do have UCONN as one of the favorites. Interesting read. Sure I could agree with most of that. Baylor's 80% seems too low though. They seem to think UConn will roll UCLA easily. Not saying UConn shouldn't handle UCLA, just that I think Baylor will lay an ultimate beatdown on South Carolina even more easily. And that UCLA is a better team than SC, at this time at least.

And it is quite odd that 2 of the 3 favorites will have to play each other in the FF semifinals.
But hey, as long as you use selective data to plug into the computer program, go for it... A simple "if teamA is on the same side of the bracket as teamB AND teamA BPI is greater than teamB, do not include teamB in final selection".

Sure, didn't mean to offend, PAHuskey. I wrote about horse racing and sports betting for more than four decades and I guess I am more irritable and too persnickety than I should be when it comes to misused wagering terms such as "favorites" or "second favorite." Sorry.
