I'm saying if you want to draw useful inferences, looking at all games is often not useful because of the number non-competitive games.

You said WCBB (not UCONN, but all of WCBB) stats should be restricted to games of note. Then you said you would decide what "games of note" would be. So you decide what/how stats are used for all of WCBB. That makes you the arbiter of WCBB stats.

Now if you want to move the goalposts to "drawing useful inferences", then that's a different argument. But that's not what you originally said.
