Several of Uconn all-time basketball records were changed by this past season's play. For example, the top 5 in scoring during their UConn career was shuffled by Paige's numbers.

* Career Scoring - Paige moved past TIna Charles and Napheesa Collier to take over 3rd place in career scoring. Here are the top 5 now.
1. Maya Moore - 3,036 points
2. Breanna Stewart - 2,676 points
3. Paige Bueckers - 2,439 points
4. Pheesa Collier - 2,401 points
5. Tina Charles - 2,346 points

* Rebounding - Nobody broke into the top 10 in career rebounding, but Sarah Strong had the 5th best single season rebounding total. Here are the top 5 season totals ever. Great company for a freshman…!
1. Pheesa Collier - 411 rebounds in 2018-19
2. Tina Charles - 372 rebounds in 2009-10
3. Rebecca Lobo - 371 rebounds in 1993-94
3. Stef Dolson - 371 rebounds in 2013-14
5. Sarah Strong - 356 rebounds in 2024-25

* Assists - Paige moved into 8th place for career assists with 561 in her injury shortened tenure.
The top three in assists are Nika with 684, Moriah at 659 and Diana Taurasi with 648.

* Career steals - Paige moved into 10th place with a total of 258 career steals. Sarah had 92 steals this past season, just missing entering 10th place for a season total.

* Single game steals - KK Arnold is tied for 5th place with a single game steal record of 8.

Congrats to Paige, KK and Sarah for moving up in UConn career stats records.
Sarah and KK will no doubt continue to change UConn's all-time records.
Go UConn..!!

Also, isn't Paige the new career points per game leader at 19.9?
Yes, that is correct..! 19.83 over her career, per game.
In addition, in her season in 2023-24, Paige averaged 21.9 pts per game. I believe that is an all-time season high.

Whereas individual records are nice, this is UConn, where team records are more important. Therefore, the record for NCAA Women's Division I Basketball Champions - University of Connecticut 12!!!!
