I wouldn't say tough draw. This team was happy to make the postseason. No one can be surprised at the outcome. Can't compare competition in the Big East with the B1G or SEC.

You want to advance you have to beat the teams in front of you… the Baton Rouge Regional was ranked one of the T5 Toughest Regionals. Nebraska/LSU back to back was tough ask @ this point. They’ll get there - win and they will come. Solid returning group.

Breakthrough season for softball. Expectations are right where they should be. They’ll be a regular in the postseason.
Nice season for the team. Hopefully stepping stone for even more success next.season and deeper run in postseason.
