I wouldnt be surprised if Geno makes it to Lou's game on Friday night. If Mater Dei wins the next game, for Lou, will be Tuesday and with the NCAA draw on Monday that may be pushing it.

OC: Breanna can dunk [easily] though she has never done it in a game.
Those hops that LouConn is exhibiting are impressive. Can she dunk?

I will ask her mom on Friday night.

look where her shoes are compared to the defender. look at where the defenders eyes are. That girl has some hoops.

Yea, we know that. We are wondering about her hops. ;)

Mater Dei back at it tonight after that brutal defeat last weekend. No hangover for KLS though as she puts up 16 points in the first quarter.

The Monarchs score 57 first-half points, lead by 19 at the break.

Lou finished with a career high and school record 42 points, In a 99 to 67 win. i believe Lou KML and Nirra Fields were previous co holders at 41 points.
Lou also had 10 rebounds and 9 assists.
Coach Ralph is here.

Awesome. I bet Shea is happy. Way to go, Lou! Lou, Kaleena, and Nirra represent a lot of talent. Wow! 42 points and nearly a triple-double. She is not letting those awards go to her head, in the least.

Replay of Mater Dei's game and same link for next Tuesday nights game(hopefully).
http://portal.stretchinternet.com/mdhs/

Go to "live event" for Tuesdays game vs Long Beach Poly, which is either 6pm or 7pm PDT.
I will confirm time by game day. I am assuming it will be streamed live. If it isnt please dont throw me under the JPM bus.

Go to "On Demand" for replays.

The site has two other games from earlier in the year.

Never knew the site was there.

That's quite a web site for a HS. The announcer said that he has been doing games for 25 years and that DT was the best player he has ever seen at the HS level. He also said that KLS is the best shooter he has ever seen at the HS level. And yes, that includes KML. Now that's a complement.
Thanks again ochoopsfan for posting.

If I didn't know better I'd think Mater Dei and Palisades were coached by Paul Westhead. My heavens do they get the ball to the rim in a hurry.

Napheesa Collier had 31 points and 11 rebounds on Saturday (3/14) in a 69-30 win.

Incarnate Word now moves on to the state semifinals.

Collier's full line from Saturday afternoon:

31 points (13-17 fg, 5-6 ft), 10 boards, 10 steals, 4 blocks, 3 assists
