Sounded like a safety squeeze, but the ball went up the third base line. Sounded like Phillips might have been tagged out if he tried to score.

Bearkats get out of the jam, UConn leads 5-4 going to the bottom of the 8th.

Baserunning continues to kill us. Should have had another run that inning. Penders gives Phillips the green light and he stops on a bloop single that the center fielder had to come in to his left and would have had to have thrown across his body to throw Phillips out at the plate.
