Not buying that for a second. It was once mentioned during a radio game broadcast. I never forgot that.

Understanding part of the fun is if the satin pants fit you canNOT acquit but the rules are hardly ironclad. No googling IF you don’t have to. TRY to remain moral. No penalties cited.I’m gonna question people naming someone like Dartmouth in that last answer (ahem, @Dove) - who’s knowing those answers blind? I call BS.
Apparently, I need to Costanza next year's reverse sheep answers. I discarded L'ville, Cincy and Rutty believing nobody would remember UCF.19. Name a school UConn shared a conference with that is a current member of the P4 conference

They're still in our conference. For women's lacrosse only. When the hell was Florida in our conference? I’m calling shenanigans.

The one I was referring to was a scholarship member of the 2023 national championship team, and Clingan had 0 votesThey're still in our conference. For women's lacrosse only.
I sincerely doubt anyone who's daughter isn't on the UConn women's lacrosse team knew that.
I guess this is also the question where navery suggested the most obvious answer got zero votes - BC - which would be a correct answer even if they were never in the BE, similar to how Florida qualifies.
Thought this was referring to basketball only, otherwise would’ve picked a hockey east school.19. Name a school UConn shared a conference with that is a current member of the P4 conference

That was the intention, though people always seem to find loopholes and the question wording left it openThought this was referring to basketball only, otherwise would’ve picked a hockey east school.
Not that im in the running to win anyways…
I stumbled into a correct answer there. I - apparently erroneously - thought Florida was in the “old big east” for basketball for the final year or two before it disbanded. That was the intention, though people always seem to find loopholes and the question wording left it open
In other words, I got it wrong as far as my belief, but apparently am being credited by the grace of women’s lacrosse or something?I stumbled into a correct answer there. Wouldn’t this apply to the free throw question then? That was the intention, though people always seem to find loopholes and the question wording left it open
Don't really view that one as a loophole since it said all questions are about UConn men's basketball unless stated otherwiseWouldn’t this apply to the free throw question then?
So UConn and Florida were in the same men's basketball conference?Don't really view that one as a loophole since it said all questions are about UConn men's basketball unless stated otherwise
This is an interesting argument for not counting FloridaSo UConn and Florida were in the same men's basketball conference?

Yeah, I don't think it should count based on the wording of your rules and the wording of the question. This is an interesting argument for not counting Florida
You won’t hear any complaints from me if I get changed to having an incorrect answer. I knew I had a reason for thinking this, however wrong it was, but I’ve pieced it together: I like to go down a Wikipedia rabbit hole reading into topics of interest whenever I’m procrastinating, and recall seeing Florida listed somewhere on the Big East Conference wiki as a member at some point (without remembering it was just an “associate member”).Yeah, I don't think it should count based on the wording of your rules and the wording of the question.
I don't care about the standings*. Just providing my read of the facts of the case.
*I reserve the right to take this back if I finish second to @thekollieman
