We even get injured in quarantine
But per Danny, Adama got hamstring injured in Marquette game - 2.5 weeks ago. Another data point to support what Chief heard about some contentiousness between league office and UConn.

Now fans understand the “Adama” and “Sanogo” code language Chief was using. Especially, since Danny is so paranoid about how the opponents prepare for UConn with or without key players due to injury or Covid.

The 25 min interview Sanogo just gave he discussed the rehab from his ab injury for several minutes and his conditioning and workouts and getting ready for game action, and never mentioned anything about a hamstring issue. Maybe Sanogo had something to address after the Marquette game, but it sounds like a Hurley 'strategic' condition that he should remind Sanogo of, lest Adama forget. (As an aside; In that interview he gave credit to Kassoum Yakwe as being important to committing to UConn because evidently Yakwe is also from Mali. I guess it is a reminder to never underestimate the contributions we can get from players that don't make their own impact on the court).

No apologies needed. Chief recognizes, as one poster said, that I was talking in code language. The league office, opponents and fan base seem to be receiving tailored messages. This may be good strategy up to a point, but when the wires get crossed - Houston we have a problem. When a player does their own podcast a coach attempting to control the messaging due to various agendas - instantly loses power.
