I recall reading they are working hard to get the outside walls up so once the cold and snowy weather hits, they will be able to work unimpeded on the inside of the structure. Looks like they are about halfway done (or maybe a bit less) with the outside walls. I have this link saved and I check it every day. It's great to see the constant work being done, especially when one realizes construction projects routinely run way over budget and the time estimate...
