how about we give up on time travel and try to "lead" in having an almost or slightly competent public relations strategy in dealing with the ncaa and otherwise. just a thought.

Looks like we tried that by making the proposal, but wouldn't we have run our plan by someone at the NCAA just to see how it would be received before we announced it? I can't believe there was no guidance from someone there.

Unless I'm understanding things wrong, UConn submitted that proposal to the NCAA, the only reason why its been publicized is because the AP requested it and then of course revealed the details in their article.
