Don't know what the timeline for player selections is, but I would think the early season would be important. That goal will certainly have him under serious consideration though. I would bet yes at this point. You don't score important goals like that and get overlooked.
 
The entire college hockey world saw that Penn State game. That raised the program's profile more than anything. UConn beat QU?? And now they are outplaying Penn State? Woulda been nice to go to the FF, but still ....
