Uconn Players in the Final Four

Putting an end to Izzo's much publized final four streak (no four year player under Izzo had graduated without playing in a final four...until now), got me thinking about Uconn's run over the last 15 years. I may be wrong, but I believe that starting with the Rashamel Jones/Ricky Moore/Antric Klaiber recruiting class of 1996 through the present, Tony Robertson is the only 4 year Husky who hasn't played in a final four.

I don't think so.

• Players who came from 1996-1999 made it in 1999.
• Players who came in 2000 did not make it.
• Players who came from 2001-2004 made it in 2004.
• Players who came in 2005 did not make it (only Rudy Gay, who didn't stay 4 years, and AJ Price, who was injured and redshirted and so should be considered a member of the 2006 group).
• Players who came from 2006-2009 made it then.
• Players who came from 2010 made it then.
• Players who came from 2011-2014 made it in 2011 and 2014.

I think your mistaken, Price was on the 2009 final 4 team, dyson was the one that was hurt, but I think he was still there.

Sorry. What I meant: AJP came in with Rudy in 2005, but, because of his redshirt year, he was, for the purposes of this discussion, a member of the 2006 class. I editted it to reflect that.
